独立学院是普通本科高等学校的重要组成部分,其大学生的就业问题一直是社会关注的热点,做好独立学院大学生就业工作对高等教育大众化的良性发展意义重大。该文以浙江工业大学之江学院为例,从学校、社会、大学生自身等要素出发,初步分析了独立学院大学生的就业现象和成因,并着重从学校层面就如何促进大学生就业提出了加强学校品牌建设、专业特色建设、学生理想抱负水平建设、校企合作新型就业模式、完善就业指导服务体系等对策。
The independent college is an important part of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. The employment of college students has always been a hot topic in society. The employment of independent college students is of great significance to the healthy development of the popularization of higher education.
