华亭宾馆是利用外资建造的高级旅游宾馆,土建工程已于1986年6月30日竣工。宾馆坐落在上海市徐家汇以南,与上海体育馆相对。主楼平面呈“S”形(图1),宽度16.8m,弧度半径为29.407～46.207m。主楼计29层,其中地下一层,地上28层(包括技术层和夹层),总高度为90m(图2)。主楼立面不对称,北端呈阶梯形,自8层开始每三层一收,每层均有挑出阳台,整个立面呈弧形曲线,建筑造型雍容华贵,秀丽端庄。裙房环绕主楼周围,东南角裙房设有地下车 Hua Ting Hotel is a high-level tourist hotel built with foreign capital. Civil works were completed on June 30, 1986. The hotel is located south of Shanghai Xujiahui, opposite to the Shanghai Stadium. The main building has an “S” shape (Figure 1), a width of 16.8m, and a radius of curvature of 29.407 to 46.207m. The main building consists of 29 floors, including a basement floor and 28 floors above ground (including technical and mezzanine floors) with a total height of 90m (Figure 2). The facade of the main building is asymmetrical, with a stair-shaped north end. Every three floors start from the eighth floor. Each floor has its own balcony. The entire facade is curved and the architectural style is elegant and elegant. The podium surrounds the main building and the southeast corner podium houses an underground car.
