为探讨静脉输液一次排气成功率与输液瓶液面距地面的高度、过滤器乳头的方向的关系,采用不同高度(80~90 cm、≤70 cm、≥110 cm)和过滤器乳头方向(向上、水平、向下)进行了450次分组排气实验。结果3种高度的一次排气成功率比较,经统计学处理,P<0.005,高度为80~90 cm组排气成功率明显高于≤70 cm、≥110 cm两组;过滤器乳头3种方向排气的成功率比较,经统计学处理,P<0.001,向上组排气一次成功率明显高于水平、向下两组。提示静脉输液排气时,输液瓶液面距地面的高度80~90 cm、过滤器乳头向上可提高一次排气成功率。“,”The relationship between air-extraction successful rate and height or the direction of the filter were investigated. 450 air-extraction tests were performed under various air-extraction heights (80 to 90 cm, ≤70 cm, ≥110 cm) and the directions of the filter needle (up, flatly or down). The results showed the air-extraction successful rate at the height of 80 to 90 cm was significantly higher than that at the heights of ≤70 or ≥ 110 cm. The comparison of the air-extraction successful rate under the directions of the filter revealed that the successful rate at up-direction of the needle was higher than that at down- or flat-directions. It was suggested that the height of fluid surface to the ground was 80 to 90 cm during venous infusion and the up-direction of the filter could increase the air-extraction successful rate.
