液压脉冲式内孔滚压是提高机器零件使用性能的一种先进工艺方法。它具有加工稳定,加压均匀,不会引起工件宏观变形,表面粗糙度小和强化表层质量好等特点。这种加工是对装置中的滚压元件施以复杂的摆动和脉冲运动来实现的。它有柔性滚压头和刚性滚压头两种形式。在柔性滚压头中,脉动冲击发生器(脉动器)和滚压元件之间采用弹性过渡元件连接,而在刚性滚压头装置内则无弹性元件。前者适用于校正和强化加工低刚度的薄壁零件,其表面冷硬层深度通常不大于1.5~2mm;后者可用来加工剐性结构零件,加工表面冷硬层深度可达10mm以上。
Hydraulic pulse hole rolling is to improve the performance of machine parts using an advanced technology methods. It has a stable processing, uniform pressure, will not cause macroscopic deformation of the workpiece, the surface roughness is small and strengthen the surface quality and so on. This process is to apply complex rolling and pulsing motions to the rolling elements in the unit. It has two kinds of flexible rolling head and rigid rolling head. In the flexible roller head, the pulsation impact generator (pulsator) and the rolling element are connected by an elastic transition element, whereas in the rigid roller head assembly there is no elastic element. The former is suitable for the correction and strengthening of thin-walled parts with low rigidity. The depth of chilled layer on the surface is usually not more than 1.5-2mm. The latter can be used for processing structural parts with a depth of more than 10mm.
