目的采用HPLC指纹图谱法测定熊胆胶囊中的胆汁酸类成分。方法采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-0.03 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(磷酸调pH4.4)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长210 nm;柱温40℃。结果测定了10个熊胆胶囊样品中胆汁酸类成分的指纹图谱。结论为熊胆胶囊质量控制新模式的建立提供了依据。
Objective To determine the bile acids in Xiongdan capsules by HPLC fingerprinting. Methods The gradient elution was performed on a C18 column using acetonitrile-methanol-0.03 mol.L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 4.4) as the mobile phase; detection wavelength was 210 nm; column temperature was 40°C. Results The fingerprints of bile acid components in 10 samples of Xiongdan capsules were determined. The conclusion provides the basis for the establishment of a new model of quality control of Xiongdan capsules.
