关于猕猴(Macacamulatta)肝功能的测定,过去文献上有些报导,如Evans(1953)等曾报告了20例猕猴血液胆紅素含量、麝香草酚浊度试验、脑磷脂胆固醇絮状试验等研究结果。Бутнев(1962)曾报导了猴类血液化学的一些观察。Воронин(1948)等亦作了猴类的糖代谢。但是,有关猴类肝功能测定方面的资料仍然不多,同时我国所产猕猴肝功能测定尚未见有报导,为此我们选择了100只健康猕猴,进行了肝脏功能的测定,实验方法及结果叙述于下。
