我国与联合国粮农组织合作开展的“东南亚国家间蔬菜可持续治理技术(IPM)培训”第一期在云南呈贡县马金铺乡开学。培训班的任务是使植保技术人员和农民掌握农田生态系统的方法和科学决策的技能,着重培养农民发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。因此,除进行讲课外,每周还用两个半天,组织马金铺乡的50位农民,与学员一起下田,从生态系统分析人手,对田间作物的生态、生长、用肥、病虫等方面进行观察,发表看法,提出问题,找出解决的方法。 “当一位农民捕捉到一条虫时,我们能告诉农民什么呢?”联合国粮农组织的项目官员石尚柏博士做了精彩的示范。这个过程分为七个步骤; 一、回忆。这条虫在什么地方捉到的?山上?坝区?田里?水中?由此可明确这条虫的活动范围。二、观察。这虫是白天活动还是夜晚活动?在什么作物上?蛀食作物的哪个部位?若虫、老虫、幼虫?由此明确
In cooperation with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, “Training on Sustainable Vegetable Management (IPM) among Southeast Asian Countries” was first opened in Makinpu Township, Chenggong County, Yunnan Province. The task of the training course is to enable plant protection technicians and peasants to master the methods of farmland ecosystem and the skills of scientific decision-making, focusing on cultivating peasants ability to detect, analyze and solve problems.
