运用农作物化学控制原理对大量能提高玉米抗旱能力的化学药剂进行了筛选、组配与应用,到目前为止,已筛选、组配并应用了4种MOC(MaizeandOtherCrops)抗旱剂MOC_1:FA+KH2PO4+尿素;MOC—2:FA+Br;MOC_3:爱农;MOC—4:FA+胆固醇),应用的结果表明,叶面喷洒MOC抗旱剂减轻了玉米雌穗分化所受干旱胁迫的影响程度,使分化发育中后期的雌穗长和宽分别较对照平均增加18.79%和13.24%,每行粒数平均增加14.13%。干旱胁迫发生前叶面喷洒MOC抗旱剂,田间条件下增产5%~11%,盆栽条件下减缓产量下降幅度7%~20%;经MOC抗旱剂浸种后,田间条件下增产5%~10%,盆栽条件下减缓产量下降幅度6%~11%,证实了MOC抗旱剂是可提高玉米抗旱能力和增加产量的一项有效实用技术。
So far, many kinds of MOC_1: FA + KH2PO4 + MOC (MOC): FA + KH2PO4 + urea have been screened, formulated and applied, and MOCs have been used to control the drought resistance of maize. -2: FA + Br; MOC-3: Agronomy; MOC-4: FA + Cholesterol). The results showed that foliar spraying of MOC drought resistance agent reduced the influence of drought stress on ear differentiation of maize, The spike length and width increased by 18.79% and 13.24% on average respectively, and the average grain number per line increased by 14.13%. The MOC drought-resistant agent was sprayed on the foliage before drought stress, yielding 5% ~ 11% under field conditions and 7 ~ 20% by slowing down the yield under potting conditions. After soaking seeds with MOC drought-resistant agent, the yield was increased by 5% -10% , And the decrease of yield was 6% ~ 11% under the potted condition, confirming that the MOC drought-resistant agent is an effective and practical technology that can increase the drought resistance and increase the yield of maize.
