抗菌药物是介入放射诊疗中常用药物之一,术后抗菌药物应用不够规范也相当普遍。我院根据《抗菌药物临床使用指导原则》、卫生部38号文及相关文献[1-3],制定了介入手术围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用的管理规定及考核细则,由临床药师监督管理,参与用药监控。本文总结其干预效果,报道如下。资料与方法1.一般资料选取2012年-2014年心血管介入手术患者2141例,男1426例,女715例,年龄20-91
