公共组织绩效评估就是对公共组织的工作效率、服务质量、公共责任及公众满意度等方面的综合评价。在我国,绩效评估已经在公共领域得到了广泛运用,并且由于本土文化的影响而具有显著的中国特色。探讨我国传统文化在公共组织绩效评估中的影响,可以促进我国公共组织绩效评估水平的提高。
Performance evaluation of public organizations is a comprehensive evaluation of public organizations such as work efficiency, service quality, public responsibility and public satisfaction. In our country, performance evaluation has been widely used in the public domain and has significant Chinese characteristics due to the influence of local culture. To explore the influence of our country’s traditional culture in the performance evaluation of public organizations can improve the performance evaluation of public organizations in our country.
