目的 :评价肾外伤的CT表现及诊断价值。方法 :2 5例病人 ,男 19例 ,女 6例 ,年龄 135 8岁 ,(平均 35 .7岁 ) ,2 2例平扫 ,3例增强。结果 :肾周积血 19例 ,肾内积血 9例。肾内积血表现为肾实质内高密度 ,常伴有肾周积血 ,同时发现肝、脾、肋骨等多发性损伤。 2 0例做了保守治疗 ,5例手术治疗。结论 :CT扫描对准确估计损伤范围、程度 ,确定手术方案有价值。
Objective: To evaluate the CT findings and diagnostic value of renal trauma. Methods: Twenty-five patients, 19 males and 6 females, aged 135.8 years old (mean 35.7 years) were enrolled in this study. Twenty-two patients underwent plain scan and three patients were enhanced. Results: Renal hemorrhage in 19 cases, 9 cases of intrarenal hemorrhage. Renal hemorrhage manifested as high density within the renal parenchyma, often accompanied by renal hemorrhage, and found that liver, spleen, ribs and other multiple injuries. 20 cases of conservative treatment, 5 cases of surgical treatment. Conclusion: CT scan can accurately estimate the extent and extent of injury and determine the value of surgical treatment.
