目的通过观察临床诊断为病毒性脑炎患儿的脑电图表现,探讨病毒性脑炎患儿的脑电活动变化。方法对临床诊断为脑炎的患儿,在清醒、闭眼的状态下进行脑电图检查。结果脑电图异常率100%,其中α波明显减少或消失,而以θ活动为基本频率者占60%,以δ活动为基本频率者占40%。结论脑炎患儿的脑电图异常率、特异性高,临床怀疑是脑炎诊断的患儿都应做脑电图检查。
Objective To observe the changes of EEG activity in children with viral encephalitis by observing the EEG findings in children with viral encephalitis. Methods Echocardiography was performed in children with clinically diagnosed encephalitis under awake and closed eyes. Results The anomalous rate of EEG was 100%, in which the alpha wave decreased or disappeared obviously, while the activity of theta was 60% and the activity of the delta was 40%. Conclusion Encephalitis in children with abnormal EEG, high specificity, the clinical suspicion of encephalitis in children diagnosed should be done EEG.
