一般而言,集团规模变化有扩大和缩小之分,规模战略也有规模扩大战略和规模缩小战略之分,因此,对企业集团实施规模战略的动态分析应从扩大和缩小两个方面展开。由于我国企业集团规模普遍偏小,走大型化发展道路,将是我国企业未来发展的基本趋势。因此,在有限的篇幅内,本文集中探讨我国企业集团规模的大型化问题,以使对问题的分析更具实践指导性。
In general, the group scale changes have expanded and narrowed, the scale strategy also has the scale expansion strategy and the strategy of downsizing, therefore, the dynamic analysis of the scale strategy of the enterprise group should expand and shrink from two aspects. Since the scale of enterprise groups in our country is generally small, taking the path of large-scale development will be the basic trend for the future development of Chinese enterprises. Therefore, within a limited space, this article focuses on the issue of large-scale enterprise group size in China, so that the analysis of the problem is more practical guidance.
