扶正除疫颗粒抗甲型H1N1流感病毒感染作用评价

目的评价扶正除疫颗粒抗甲型H1N1流感病毒感染的效果。方法将112只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、病毒模型组、达菲对照组、扶正除疫组,每组28只。正常对照组和病毒模型组以生理盐水灌胃,每次0.4 ml/只;达菲对照组以达菲水溶液0.025 g/(kg·d)灌胃,扶正除疫组以扶正除疫颗粒水溶液12 g/(kg·d)灌胃,均每日1次,共连续灌胃7天。给药第3天,除正常对照组外其余3组以H1N1亚型季节性流感病毒鼠肺适应株FM1-6-E2滴鼻造模,攻毒剂量为5LD50,50μl/只,造模后1h各组继续给药。从攻毒后感染之日起,每组取10只,连续观察14天,观察小鼠死亡情况;各组余18只于攻毒后3天、6天、9天计算肺指数,检测病毒滴度,观察肺组织病理变化。结果病毒模型组10只小鼠全部死亡;达菲对照组和扶正除疫组死亡率均为0。攻毒后第9天,达菲对照组、扶正除疫组与病毒模型组比较,肺指数明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);攻毒后第3天、6天,达菲对照组、扶正除疫组与病毒模型组比较,肺组织病毒滴定度明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。达菲对照组与扶正除疫组小鼠肺脏病理变化较为轻微,炎症反应程度明显弱于病毒模型组。结论扶正除疫颗粒对小鼠感染甲型H1N1流感病毒后具有死亡保护作用,对流感病毒在宿主体内复制有抑制作用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Fuzheng Zhuyi granule against influenza A (H1N1) virus infection. Methods One hundred and twelve mice were randomly divided into normal control group, virus model group, Tamiflu control group and Fuzheng group, with 28 in each group. The normal control group and the model group were intragastrically administrated with saline (0.4 ml each time). The Tamiflu control group was orally administered with 0.025 g / (kg · d) of Tamiflu aqueous solution. g / (kg · d) gavage, were daily 1, a total of 7 days continuous gavage. On the 3rd and 6th days after challenge, the Tamiflu control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the titer of pulmonary virus was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The pathological changes in the lungs of Tamiflu control group and FuZhengZeZhi group were milder, and the degree of inflammatory reaction was weaker than that of the virus model group. Conclusion Fuzheng Chuiyi granule has the protective effect on death of mice infected with influenza A (H1N1) virus and inhibits the replication of influenza virus in the host.
