On October 15, 2013, the 4th National Chen Yun Memorial Earth Cooperative Development Conference, co-sponsored by Shanghai Chen Yun Memorial Hall and the Party History Research Institute of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, was held ceremoniously in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
