元认知理论经过30多年的不断完善和发展,已经从其最初的心理学领域发展为不同领域的一个普遍的认知范畴。本文对元认知概念的发展及其理论结构进行了概述,同时对其在外语教学中的作用进行了思考。
After more than 30 years of continuous improvement and development, metacognitive theory has evolved from its initial field of psychology to a universal category of cognition in different fields. This article gives an overview of the development of meta-cognitive concepts and its theoretical structure, and at the same time makes a consideration of its role in foreign language teaching.
