翼状胬肉是眼科常见病,手术治疗复发率高达20％～70％。近年来我们应用平阳霉系注入胬肉体内治疗164例(男102例,女62例,男女之比为1.68∶1)。治疗方法:平阳霉系加生理盐水稀释成1mg/ml的浓度,用皮试针将药液注入胬肉体内使头体部充满药液呈膨隆状,一般注入0.2～0.4ml,间隔7天重复注射,注药毕用盐水冲洗结膜,再涂眼膏及点眼药水,一般3～4次可治愈,注药后有轻度异物感,畏光,流泪,充血,经点氯霉素眼水3～6天后症状可消失而无后遗症,凡注药后血管闭锁
