为指导夏热冬冷地区既有住宅的节能改造工作,住建部近日以“建科[2012]173号”颁布《夏热冬冷地区既有居住建筑节能改造技术导则》(试行稿)。该“导则”中对外窗、遮阳、屋面、外墙等部位节能改造,从设计、技术、施工、验收、检测评估等方面提出具体要求。虽然将外墙放在“夏热冬冷”地区节能改造的次要地位,但仍做了一些具体规定。如:外墙保温改造后的平均传热系数应低于1.5 W/(m2.K)或比改造前降低50%;外墙保温材料应尽量选用A级不燃材料,选用B级可燃材料时应符合相关法规和标准的规定;外保温系统与旧饰面粘接强度不应小于0.1MPa,锚固件的单个锚栓抗拉载力标准值不应小于0.60kN。
