随着社会飞速发展,我国对人才培养的需求也越来越大。而不断地寻求更为有效的教学方法,则成为了教师们的共同追求。而在教学中培养学生的迁移能力,无疑是较为有效的方法之一。在数学教学过程中,教师应合理的安排学生对新旧知识的学习与复习,并在这一过程中恰当合理的渗透对学生迁移能力的培养。让学生能够真正掌握并完整的利用所学知识,将之吸收并转化为自己的知识。从而达到培养迁移能力的目的。
