通过分析我国关于开展阳关体育运动的有关规定和政策,并结合当前高校执行阳光体育工作情况,阳光体育背景下高校体育课程的价值取向应追求“以人为本”的核心价值观念,并强调个体兴趣和需要的满足,以及人的自我实现的达成,进而实现有较强的个人倾向的、稳固的价值取向;以阳光体育视野下高校体育课程价值取向为线索,高校体育课程体系的构建要体现培养目标的“人本位”精神,构建全面、综合、发展的课程结构模式和过程规范化、管理科学化的课程体系和评价体系。
