在小学数学教学中,教师的首要任务就是发挥教师的耐心和爱心,帮助学生建立兴趣和自信,正确学习,走出“两极分化”的困境,这需要教师不断地努力。经过教师和学生以及学生家庭的努力,“两极分化”现象很快就会得到巨大改善。
