为了准确快速地检查子孢子,提高媒介按蚊的检测水平,我们开展了抗人间日疟原虫(P.V)子孢子单克隆抗体(McAb)的研制,经过克隆培养筛选,获得了8株抗人P.V子孢子McAb的杂交瘤细胞株,并制备了抗体效价高、特异性强的McAb。材料和方法一、抗原制备抗原为人P. V子孢子。采集P.V病人血,膜饲中华按蚊,于第15d处死蚊子,用玻璃棉套管离心法收集子孢子,用白细胞计数板计数,-20℃保存备用。二、动物免疫和免疫脾细胞的制备用收集的子孢子,免疫10周龄的BALB/c小鼠三次,每次用子孢子10~12万条,每次间隔10~14d,于融合前3d加强
In order to detect sporozoites accurately and rapidly and increase the detection level of Anopheles vectors, we developed a monoclonal antibody against Plasmodium vivax (PV) sporozoites.
