本文依据国内外相关研究成果,总结出了影子练习应用于普通大学外语教学时的特点以及相关的理论依据,并从认知心理学角度对影子练习在听力教学中的效果进行了分析。然后,通过对非英语专业大学生进行影子练习实验,结果表明实验班学生在语音语调、听力注意力、理解力方面明显高于对比班。这一结果对于改善大学英语听力教学,提高学习者英语听力水平有积极的实践意义。
Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the shadow exercises applied to foreign language teaching in ordinary universities and the related theoretical basis, and analyzes the effect of shadow exercises in listening teaching from the perspective of cognitive psychology. After that, the experiment of shadow practice on non-English majors showed that the students in the experimental class were significantly higher in tone, listening attentiveness and comprehension than the contrasting class. This result has positive practical significance for improving college English listening teaching and improving learners’ English listening ability.
