文章对国内外社区合作组织进行了比较研究,着重分析了将社区与合作组织融为一体的日本农协及以色列合作社(莫沙夫)产生及存在的特殊历史背景及现实条件。文章认为,我国自农业合作化以来二十多年旧体制的历史遗产决定了我国当前带有一定强制性的社区合作组织存在的必然性,由我国农村现实情况决定了社区合作组织将经济职能与行政职能合为一体的必要性,文章最后指出了影响我国社区合作组织今后发展的某些因素。
The article makes a comparative study of domestic and foreign community cooperative organizations and focuses on analyzing the special historical background and realistic conditions for the emergence and existence of Japan’s agricultural cooperatives and Israeli cooperatives (Moshav), which integrate the community and the cooperative organizations. The article holds that the historic legacy of the old system in our country more than 20 years since the agricultural cooperation has determined the inevitability of the existence of a certain compulsory community cooperative organization in our country and that the decision of the community cooperation organization to combine the economic function and administration The necessity of combining functions, the article finally pointed out some factors that affect the future development of community cooperative organizations in our country.
