运用放免法测定了１８例偏头痛间歇期患者血小板内ｃＧＭＰ含量及部分患者的血小板内ｃＡＭＰ含量，结果发现偏头痛患者血小板内ｃＧＭＰ含量增高，而ｃＡＭＰ含量无明显变化。本文讨论了偏头痛患者血小板内环核苷酸含量异常与其血小板功能异常的关系。
The level of cGMP in platelet and the content of cAMP in some patients were determined by radioimmunoassay in 18 patients with intermittent migraine. The results showed that the content of cGMP in platelet of migraine patients increased but the content of cAMP did not change significantly. This article discusses the relationship between abnormal platelet endocyclic nucleotide content and platelet dysfunction in migraineurs.
