采用低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射疗法(Intravascularlaserirradiationonblood,ILIB)和脉络宁静脉点滴治疗急性脑梗塞患者68例,有效率97%,与对照组差异有非常显著性(P<0.005),治疗组患者临床症状和体征治疗后明显改善,神经功能缺损评分平均减少及19分,与对照组差异有非常显著性(P<0.001),对感觉障碍疗效尤为明显。血浆中分子物质(MMS)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血沉(ESR)治疗后明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显增加,表明该疗法有清除MMS,调整脂质代谢的作用。
