采用低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射疗法（Ｉｎｔｒａｖａｓｃｕｌａｒｌａｓｅｒｉｒｒａｄｉａｔｉｏｎｏｎｂｌｏｏｄ，ＩＬＩＢ）和脉络宁静脉点滴治疗急性脑梗塞患者６８例，有效率９７％，与对照组差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．００５），治疗组患者临床症状和体征治疗后明显改善，神经功能缺损评分平均减少及１９分，与对照组差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１），对感觉障碍疗效尤为明显。血浆中分子物质（ＭＭＳ）、胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、血沉（ＥＳＲ）治疗后明显降低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）明显增加，表明该疗法有清除ＭＭＳ，调整脂质代谢的作用。
