采用内燃烧砖法,不仅可以使用低质煤或煤渣,节约燃料,而且还可提高砖的产量和质量。根据我们在无锡利农砖瓦厂推广内燃烧砖的体验,采用这一烧砖法,必须注意以下几个问题: (1)选择恰当的煤渣掺加量。内燃烧砖如用煤渣作燃料,首先必须测定煤渣的发热量,再根据发热量的大小来确定煤渣掺加量。不然,如煤渣掺加量过多,不但浪费燃料,而且会产生过火焦砖,甚至使坯垜倒坍。煤渣掺加量过少,则温度不够,会出现生烧砖。试验证明,每块标准砖坯的热耗约为500大卡,如所
