校企合作是培养应用型人才的有效途径,文章对现行的土木工程专业培养方案进行了剖析,指出了当前存在的学校教育与企业人才需求相脱离,实习的价值被削弱,培养方案没有突出实践环节等问题。上述问题限制了学生的全面发展,高校应积极与对口企业展开合作,共同寻找解决问题的有效途径。在培养方案的制定过程中要充分利用好合作企业上下游关系、实习中注重学生安全意识的养成、注重培养学生职业素养。文章探索了“学校主导,企业参与”的制定方针,并对实践教学的实施进行了具体讨论,对现行培养方案进行了改进,指出了解决上述问题的方法。
School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate applied talents. The article analyzes the current civil engineering specialty training programs, points out that there is a gap between current school education and enterprise talent demand, the value of internships is weakened, and training programs do not emphasize practice Links and other issues. The above problems limit the overall development of students. Colleges and universities should actively cooperate with counterparts to jointly find effective ways to solve the problems. The article explores the policy of “School Leading, Enterprise Participation”, and discusses the implementation of practical teaching in detail. It improves the current training plan and points out the ways to solve the above problems.
