当代中国的教育模式。经历了注入→征服模式、传递→信服模式、选择→诚服模式的发展历程,教师的角色也变成了帮助者、指导者、服务者、调动者、组织者、参与者的多重角色的统一,从而撼动了“传道、授业、解惑”单一角色这一师道尊严的传统认知。在这样的民主化、个性化、多元化的教育背景下.教师不再能以先知者先觉者的既定优势,完成知识的传输而结束一个个教学过程。知识、技能、心理、组织、协调、互动、生成、反馈、加工、调控都成为现代教师修养的应有之义。师者,杂矣!有诗之激情、散文之浪漫、议论之严谨,小说之缜密,更当有杂文之倜傥风流。(文晋)
