本文以掌握固定义齿的现状为目的,作者对1,778名初诊患者中的100名戴固定义齿者进行了检查(问诊及常规望、扪、叩、检查)。除需应急处理者外,原则上未作X线照片。现将检查的主要内容及结果摘录于后。100名患者中,有24名主诉固定义齿有问题;基牙疼痛者9名、义齿破折者6名、基牙及桥体处牙龈出血流脓者3名、固定义齿松动者3名(其中1名的固定义齿自己脱落),因食物嵌塞、粘固有问题、前牙不美
