今年5月5日,《省政府关于解决城市低收入家庭住房困难的实施意见》正式出台,第一次以制度形式把住房保障明确为政府公共服务的重要职责。这是我省住房保障工作的一个实质性突破,其颁布实施标志着我省以廉租住房制度为重点,多渠道解决城市低收入家庭和其他困难群体住房困难的政策体系全面建立。这份《实施意见》,凝聚了市民百姓的殷切期盼,凝聚了政协委员的热切关注,也凝聚了政府部门改善民生的坚定决心。
On May 5 this year, the “Opinions of the Provincial Government on Solving the Housing Difficulties of Urban Low-income Families” was promulgated. For the first time, the system of housing security was clearly defined as an important responsibility of the government for public service. This is a substantial breakthrough in our province’s housing security work. Its promulgation and implementation marked the establishment of a policy system focused on low-rent housing in our province and solving housing difficulties in urban low-income families and other disadvantaged groups in various ways. This “Opinions on Implementation” has gathered the ardent expectations of the people of the community, unite the ardent concern of CPPCC members and solidified the determination of government departments to improve people’s livelihood.
