[目的]了解枣庄市学校食堂食(饮)具卫生状况及消毒情况,确保学生们用上安全卫生的食(饮)具。[方法]采用GB 14934-1994国标方法(大肠菌群快速纸片法),对学校食堂食(饮)具随机抽样进行大肠菌群测定。[结果]2008~2010年共抽检食(饮)具2 640份,合格2 245份,合格率85.04%。合格率明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大专院校80.98%、中小学83.83%、幼儿园88.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]应加强对学校食堂卫生状况的监督管理,尤其应加大对食(饮)具消毒效果的监测力度。
[Objective] To understand the health status and disinfection of food (drinking) in Zaozhuang school canteen, to ensure that students use food (drink) with safety and health. [Method] The GB 14934-1994 national standard method (coliform fast paper method) was used to carry out the coliform test on food (drink) in school canteens. [Result] A total of 2 640 food (drink) samples were obtained from 2008 to 2010, with 2 245 qualified ones, with a pass rate of 85.04%. The pass rate increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). 80.98% of junior colleges, 83.83% of primary and secondary schools, and 88.42% of kindergartens, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The supervision and management of school canteen health status should be strengthened, especially the monitoring of food (drink) disinfection effect should be strengthened.
