通过分析产品生命周期(PLM)过程中的信息采集技术发展历程,引入了物联网应用背景下对PLM的影响,并建立了供应商、销售商、消费者在使用技术前后的定量成本收益模型。在与烟草行业合作建立了的物联网信息系统应用中,收集相关烟草行业的数据,对模型进行了检验。结果表明:物联网技术的应用,解决了实体与信息分离问题,对PLM的参与各方都能带来不同程度的收益,改善整个管理过程的效率与效果。
By analyzing the development of information collection technology in the product life cycle (PLM) process, this paper introduces the impact PLM in the context of IoT applications and establishes a quantitative cost-benefit model before and after the use of technology by suppliers, vendors and consumers. In the IoT information system that was established in cooperation with the tobacco industry, data from the relevant tobacco industry were collected and the model tested. The results show that the application of IOT technology solves the problem of separation of entities and information, and can bring different benefits to PLM participants and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the whole management process.
