受西方“能力决定信用”理论假设的影响,国内企业信用评价相关研究一直围绕企业偿债能力评价指标设置及其指标体系的建构而展开。然而尤努斯“穷人银行”的实践、中国企业家调查系统大样本调查的结果和浙江商业信用担保的大量实例却证实“能力决定信用”的假设在东方文化国家并不成立,并提示企业家人格品质是决定企业信用水平的主要因素。鉴此,本文基于人品特性与中国价值文化的内在关系,对个人品质与企业信用品质、信用水平的关系及其品质评价表征量进行了系统的理论和实证分析,不仅证实了企业家人格品质与企业信用水平的高度相关性,而且初步揭示了企业信用品质评价表征量的结构及权重。
Influenced by the Western theory of “ability to determine credit”, the research on credit evaluation of domestic enterprises has been conducted around the establishment of the index of corporate solvency evaluation and the construction of its index system. However, Yunus’s practice of “poor banks”, the results of a large sample survey of China’s entrepreneur survey system, and a large number of examples of Zhejiang commercial credit guarantees confirm that the assumption of “ability to determine credit” does not hold for Eastern Asian countries and Prompt entrepreneur personality is the main factor determining the level of corporate credit. In view of this, based on the intrinsic relationship between character traits and Chinese value culture, this article makes a systematic theoretical and empirical analysis of the relationship between personal qualities and corporate credit quality and credit quality and their quality evaluation and characterization, which not only confirms the personality traits of entrepreneurs And the high level of corporate credit, but also revealed the structure and weight of the quality of credit quality evaluation.
