为了研究白三叶种子适宜萌发的条件,试验采用5种浸种试剂(0.1%高锰酸钾溶液、0.1%水杨酸溶液、0.1%硝酸钾溶液、0.01%赤霉素溶液以及纯化水)、5种浸种时间(0,1,2,4,6 h)以及5种NaCl浓度(0,20,30,40,50 mmol/L)进行正交试验设计,研究各因素对白三叶种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:浸种试剂、浸种时间以及NaCl浓度对发芽率以及发芽势皆有显著性影响(P<0.05)。说明白三叶种子萌发的最佳组合为:浸种试剂为0.01%赤霉素溶液,浸种时间为6 h,NaCl浓度为0。
In order to study the suitable germination conditions of white clover seeds, five kinds of soaking agents (0.1% potassium permanganate solution, 0.1% salicylic acid solution, 0.1% potassium nitrate solution, 0.01% gibberellin solution and purified water) Five kinds of soaking time (0, 1, 2, 4 and 6 h) and five kinds of NaCl concentration (0, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mmol / L) were designed by orthogonal design.
