“九五”期间,邹平县针对该县水利基础设施薄弱的状况,坚持不懈地大搞水利工程建设,全县形成了上下同心,大干水利的新高潮。 5年中新增和改善灌溉面积2.13万hm~2,增加和改善除涝面积1.33万hm~2,改造中低产田4万hm~2,新增高标准节水灌溉面积7846.67hm~2,治理河沟9条,治理水上流失面积51km~2,成为该县水利发展史上资金投入最多、改革力度最大,发展速度最快、综合效益最好的一个时期。完成的主要工程有:一是完成小清河干流治理工程,配套建筑物71座,完成土石方821万m~3,累
During the Ninth Five-year Plan period, in light of the weak water infrastructure in the county, Zouping County persevered in the construction of water conservancy projects. The county has formed a new upsurge of building water conservancy both above and below one another. In the five years, 21,300 hectares of new and improved irrigated land were added and improved, 33,300 hectares of waterlogged area were added and improved, 40,000 hectares of middle and low yield farmland were rebuilt and 2,746.67 hectares of new high-standard water- Nine river ditches are managed, and the water loss area is 51km ~ 2.
