各位代表:我受省人民政府的委托,向大会汇报一九八○年国民经济计划执行情况和一九八一年国民经济计划安排意见,请予审议。一、一九八○年国民经济计划执行情况一九八○年,在中央提出的国民经济调整、改革、整顿、提高方针的指引下,经过全省人民的努力,各项工作有了新的进展,国民经济计划执行情况是好的。全省工农业总产值预计完成二百五十六亿元,比一九七九年增长百分之三点五,其中工业产值一百六十四亿元,增长百分之七点一,农业产值九十二亿元,下降百分之二点三。
