目的:探讨根管再治疗的措施与临床疗效。方法:对67例85颗患牙行根管再治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:完成根管再治疗的次数为2～5次,治疗后及时拍摄X线片,欠填成功61牙,超填1牙,遗漏根管10牙,器械分离2牙,钙化根管17牙。结论:进行根管再治疗,复杂且难操作,确定具体疗程的时候,相比于第一次治疗,时间上有所延长。
Objective: To investigate the measures of root canal re-treatment and clinical efficacy. Methods: The clinical data of 67 cases with 85 teeth treated by root canal re-treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The number of times of rehabilitative endodontic treatment was 2 to 5 times. The radiographs were taken promptly after treatment. 61 teeth were under-filled, 1 tooth was overfilled, 10 teeth were missing, 2 teeth were separated, 17 teeth were calcified. . CONCLUSIONS: There is a prolonged period of time compared to the first treatment for root canal re-treatment, complicated and difficult to determine, and specific course of treatment.
