一所有制问题,是社会主义经济理论的基本问题。如何完善社会主义公有制,是社会主义实践的重要课题。社会主义国家选择符合本国实际的经济体制,离不开对社会主义所有制的理论分析。社会主义实践不断向人们提出所有制理论研究的新问题;解决这些问题,又成为推动经济体制改革和经济发展的重要条件。全民所有制经济是社会主义国民经济的主导力量,因此,对全民所有制的认识,便具有更加重大的意义。
A problem of ownership is the basic issue of the socialist economic theory. How to improve the public ownership of socialism is an important issue in the practice of socialism. The choice of a socialist country for its economic system in line with its own reality can not be separated from the theoretical analysis of the socialist ownership. The practice of socialism has continuously raised new questions for people in the study of the theory of ownership; solving these problems has also become an important condition for promoting economic restructuring and economic development. The ownership of the whole people by the state ownership is the dominant force in the socialist national economy. Therefore, understanding the ownership by the whole people will have even greater significance.
