在解决振动落砂机除尘问题上,吹吸式气幕除尘系统,已日益广泛地得到重视和应用。这种除尘系统的除尘装置,是靠条缝风口喷出的平面空气射流,经由吸风口吸入形成气幕,从而隔断两侧的空气,达到了防止落砂时含尘气体外逸的目的。同时,吹风射流又诱导含尘气体进入吸风罩。装置中由于吹吸气流的相互作用,改善了单一吸入气流的特性。据有关资料介绍,其排风量比单一的侧面吸尘罩通风装置减少了40~70%,并增加了对旁侧气流的抗干扰性能,提高了吸风效果。
