科学发展观是马克思主义中国化的最新成果,它从根本上解决了新时期中国“为谁发展”、“靠谁发展”和“如何发展”的问题,回答了“发展”与人、社会、自然的关系这一核心命题。全面实践科学发展观,必须掀起新一轮思想解放,全方位地塑造以科学发展观为核心的社会意识,抓住关键,全面深化改革,变科学发展观为科学发展。
The scientific concept of development is the latest achievement of Marxism in China. It fundamentally solved the issue of “developing for China”, “developing by who” and “how to develop” in China in the new era, answering the question of “ Development ”and people, society and nature of the core proposition. To comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, we must set off a new round of ideological emancipation and create an overall sense of social awareness with the scientific concept of development as the core. We should seize the key to comprehensively deepen the reform and change the scientific concept of development into a scientific development.
