作者分别用新康温石棉、石棉矿精选车间自然积尘、石英和钛尘对成年Wistar大鼠作一次性非暴露式气管染尘,3个月后处死,研究不同粉尘对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)、血清和肺脏的影响及其相互关系,并与对照组比较。结果表明,BALF中的肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)、乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)与酸性磷酸酶(AcP)的数值与肺胶原、肺总脂、血清中铜蓝蛋白(Cp)及羟脯氨酸(HoP)均有非常显著相关;BALF、细胞培养液和血清中的LDH之间也有显著相关。提示,BALF,尤其是其中AM与LDH的测定,是了解尘肺受损情况的较好指标。
The authors used one-time non-exposed tracheal dusts of adult Wistar rats with fresh asbestos and asbestos mined workshop natural dust, quartz and titanium dust, respectively, and sacrificed three months later to study the effects of different dust on bronchoalveolar alveoli Lavage fluid (BALF), serum and lungs and their correlation with each other and compared with the control group. The results showed that the values of alveolar macrophages (AM), lactate deaminase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (AcP) in BALF were positively correlated with the contents of lung collagen, total lipids, serum ceruloplasmin and hydroxyproline Acid (HoP) were significantly related; BALF, cell culture medium and serum LDH were also significantly related. Tip, BALF, especially in which the determination of AM and LDH, is to understand the better indicators of pneumoconiosis damage.
