2012年广东全面推行地方志资料年报工作,同时,在全国率先开展以政府购买服务的方式向行业协会购买地方志年报资料的工作,以期搜集一些政府部门无法提供的行业资料。这对地方志工作的报送单位是一种突破,这种新的地方志资料的搜集方式,在全国也是首创。广东省向15家省级行业协会购买的2012年的年报资料,将行业协会报送的年报资料的初稿和完稿的质量进行对比,分析其主要优点和存在问题,并提出下一步做好地方志资料年报的政府购买服务项目的建议。
