无锡云蝠大厦地下3层,地上48层,结构高度219.25m,顶部有约30m高的钢构架,总高度248.50m,采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,裙房与塔楼之间不设缝,设置2道加强层。采用SATWE,MIDAS Building软件进行了小震弹性计算,结果表明:结构的周期比、剪重比、层间位移角等均满足规范要求。选用7条地震波对结构进行了弹性动力时程分析、楼板舒适度验算和罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析,针对超限情况给出详细措施并采用桩端后注浆工艺减少结构的差异沉降量。
