现阶段,我国建筑工程市场开放化程度不断提升,工程招标投标相关方面的法律制度日渐完善,为工程招投标工作的开展与市场运作提供了规范化指导与方向指引。当前,市场机制日臻完善,但建筑工程招投标市场尚存在众多问题,严重影响着招投标工作开展的规范化水平,要实现招投标工作的公开、公平及公正需要基于招投标运行现状建立市场制度、完善运行机制、加强监督。本文着重分析探讨了工程招投标规范化运行现状与完善措施。
