目前,在汽车离合器和制动系统中采用液体作为动力传递的非常普遍,尤其是中小型汽车几乎100%采用液压制动。可是,液压系统的故障率非常高,主要表现在液压油缸漏油、柱塞锈死等。造成这些故障的原因有很多,但主要有以下几方面:液压件的产品质量低劣;液压油的质量不符合国家标准;使用操作不规范;维修人员缺乏液压方面的知识。根据维修经验,在处理这类故障时一定要首先把住液压件和液压油的质量关。
At present, it is very common to use liquid as a power transmission in the clutch and brake system of a car, and almost 100% of small and medium-sized cars, for example, use hydraulic brake. However, the hydraulic system failure rate is very high, mainly in the hydraulic cylinder oil leakage, plunger rust and so on. The causes of these failures are many, but mainly in the following aspects: poor quality hydraulic components; hydraulic oil quality does not meet the national standards; use of non-standard operation; maintenance personnel lack of knowledge of the hydraulic. According to the maintenance experience, in dealing with such failures must first of all live hydraulic parts and the quality of hydraulic oil off.
