国网温州供电公司检修分公司变电检修室(简称变检室)是温州供电公司主网变电设备检修单位,由原高压变检室按“三集五大”体系建设部署要求组织架构调整后成立的,是一个人才相对密集的部门。但由于个别专业一线员工缺乏高职称、高技能等级人员,一线技能人员的知识文化水平不能够满足发展要求,结构性缺员情况较为严重。同时,新进人员的入职匹配问题以及变检室人员流动相对较频繁,造成班组成员年龄结构不合理。为此,温州供电公司积极探索差异化培训模式,深入开展岗位补差培 State Grid Wenzhou Power Supply Company Maintenance Branch substation maintenance room (referred to as change room) is the main network of Wenzhou power supply substation equipment maintenance unit, by the original high-pressure inspection room according to “three sets of five ” system construction and deployment requirements organizational structure Adjusted after the establishment of a relatively talented department.
