目的：探讨胞液型磷脂酶Ａ２（ｃＰＬＡ２）在大鼠内毒素血症时肾脏中的表达。方法：选用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠３０只，分为对照组和内毒素致伤组，分别检测血浆肾功能生化指标和前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）的含量，并观察肾脏组织冰冻切片ｃＰＬＡ２的免疫组化变化。结果：内毒素血症大鼠血浆中尿素和肌酐以及血清前列腺素Ｅ２含量均有升高，肾脏组织ｃＰＬＡ２表达显著增强。结论：ｃＰＬＡ２可能在内毒素致肾损伤中具有一定的作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2) in the kidney of rats with endotoxemia. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and endotoxin-induced injury group. The levels of plasma biochemical parameters and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) were measured respectively. Immunohistochemical changes of cPLA2 in frozen sections of renal tissues were also observed. Results: The levels of plasma urea nitrogen, creatinine and serum prostaglandin E2 in endotoxemia rats increased, and the expression of cPLA2 in kidney increased significantly. Conclusion: cPLA2 may play a role in endotoxin-induced renal injury.
