生铁棒锤具有剧烈毒性,中毒后抢救比较困难。笔者用中医药抢救成功三例,治疗重点在肺胃,用泻白散与益胃汤合方加减,收到较好的疗效。
The pig iron hammer has severe toxicity and is difficult to rescue after poisoning. The author successfully rescued three cases with Chinese medicine. The treatment focused on the lungs and stomachs. The use of Xiebai Powder and Yiwei decoction combined to increase or decrease received good results.
