近年来,我们坚持对农村小学实行视导制度,推动了农村小学全面工作的正常开展,使我县农村小学教育质量不断提高。确定量标明确要求实践告诉我们,要扎扎实实搞好视导工作,没有一把“准尺”就会形成“视导视导,看看算了”的走过场现象。在实践中,我们摸索了视导的基本方法——视导记分法。即把学校教育管理分为“学校领导、政治思想、教学工作、体育卫生、普及教育、总务后勤”等六个方面,
In recent years, we have insisted on the implementation of the visual and guiding system for rural primary schools, which has promoted the normal development of the overall work of rural primary schools, and has continuously improved the quality of rural primary schools in our county. Determining the scale clearly requires that practice tells us that we must do a good job of visual guidance. If we do not have a “quasi-foot rule,” we will see the phenomenon of “seeing, guiding, and viewing.” In practice, we have explored the basic method of visual guidance - the visual and guiding scorecard. That is, school education management is divided into six aspects: school leadership, political ideology, teaching work, sports and health, universal education, and general logistics.
